Through Via Yepso!, we provide you with the support and guidance needed to successfully pass European Union competitions and gain access to the European public service.

Our mission is to simplify your journey towards securing your position.

Via Yepso! is a training and mentoring programme that equips you with all the help and materials you need to focus solely on achieving each milestone we propose—milestones that have helped many individuals like you reach their goals.

With Via Yepso!, we have created a programme that offers you a personalised training experience while allowing you to interact with our instructors and other candidates in group sessions.

PRICE

You can choose between four payment options:

Single payment: 60 EUR registration fee + 1 750 EUR.
Monthly instalments:

Option A: 60 EUR registration fee + 175 EUR/month for 12 months (via SEPA or direct debit).
Option B: 60 EUR registration fee + 6 instalments of 335 EUR.
Option C: 60 EUR registration fee + 4 instalments of 475 EUR.
Option D: 60 EUR registration fee + 2 instalments of 930 EUR.

WHAT DOES VIA YEPSO! INCLUDE?

As soon as you register, you will be fully immersed in the Yepso! experience.

Upon joining Via Yepso!, you will be assigned a mentor, a specialist in European Public Service, who will be your point of contact and responsible for monitoring your progress during the preparation process.

At the start of your preparation, you will receive a training plan detailing all the content you need to cover. You can access the materials at your own pace, with access to content, group sessions, and tutorials for the next 12 months. This ensures you can meet the application deadlines and strengthen the areas you need the most.

What will a typical week at Via Yepso! look like?

Each week, you will have access to:

A structured training plan outlining your weekly objectives.
Video lessons explaining the methodologies for tackling the learning process. This allows you to organise yourself in the most convenient way. The video lessons are available in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
New exercises to practise the methodologies covered in the video lessons.
A personalised mock exam with questions tailored to your training needs. You can choose to receive your materials in Spanish, English, French, Portuguese, or Italian.
Up to two group sessions of 1 hour and 15 minutes each. These sessions will not only address all your doubts and provide complementary training but also serve as a networking platform with other candidates preparing for EU competitions.

The sessions will take place on Tuesdays or Thursdays, between 18:15 and 21:00.
Recordings will be available if you cannot attend or wish to review the materials later.

Additionally, Via Yepso! also includes access to:

A tutor via email, with a maximum response time of 48 business hours.
At no extra cost, access to our postgraduate programme on EU Specialisation, valued at €730. This training will give you comprehensive knowledge about EU institutions and the opportunity to specialise in one of the following high-impact areas: EU institutional system and policies, EU law, or EU external relations.
Access to the E-Yepso! platform, developed to offer the best exam simulation experience. In addition to practising with weekly materials, you can create your own exams using exercises from your database.
Our weekly newsletter on EU job opportunities. A member of our careers team dedicates 8 hours weekly to compiling all the vacancies published by EU institutions, so all you need to do is decide where to apply.
Support from our Careers Team, who will not only provide the newsletter but also address your queries when applying for a position.
Guidance on your next steps in your academic/professional career.
Proofreading and improvement analysis for your applications to EU competitions, as well as job and internship offers.
Monthly masterclasses with professionals working in EU institutions or specialists in European affairs.

In short, you will have everything you need to prepare for EU competitions. You’ll benefit from all the advantages of online training combined with the support of a dedicated team accompanying you every step of the way.

Through this training, you will gain the knowledge required to optimise your chances of success in EU competitions.

HOW IS THE TRAINING STRUCTURED?

The Via Yepso! training programme is divided into two complementary areas:

I. Technical and practical training to pass EU competition processes.

Through video training sessions and group sessions, you will receive methodological training covering the common tests in most EU competition processes.

Upon joining Via Yepso!, you will receive a training plan to ensure you are ready for the competition deadlines.

You can access the materials at your own pace, with access to content, group sessions, and tutorials for the next 12 months. This will help you meet deadlines and strengthen the areas where you need the most support.

Our training programme is structured into five key modules:

1. Professional profile development: CVs, application forms, motivation, and networking.

This first module provides you with all the essential insights to create strong applications for any EU competition and job postings within EU institutions.

You will also develop a competitive CV and receive key tips for effective networking in the "EU bubble."

2. Reasoning tests:

You will receive exhaustive methodological preparation to optimise your effectiveness and time management for the following tests:

Verbal reasoning.
Numerical reasoning.
Abstract reasoning.

3. EU Knowledge and Digital Skills:

This module focuses on two crucial components for any competition preparation:

Methodological insights and examples of the Digital Skills test.
A multiple-choice test assessing general knowledge of the European Union.

4. Specialised training for the Written Test

Throughout the programme, you will access intensive training via over 40 videos, sharing tips and strategies that have helped candidates excel in similar tests in previous competitions.

To support your preparation:

You will access sessions explaining the methodology for each of the common tests in the competition process.
You can practise these methodologies through simulation platforms, replicating real test conditions.

This training will prepare you to confidently face any of the three written tests introduced by EPSO in 2024:

The Written Test (WT) on the competition’s field of expertise.
The Field-Related Written Test (FRWT), specifically related to the competition area.
A Free Essay (EUFTE) on topics related to the European Union.

5. Reserve list.

We will provide you with tips and guidance to secure a position from the reserve list, completing the full training cycle needed for your success.

II. Specialised training in a high-impact European field.

EU competitions do not require studying a specific syllabus. However, the more knowledge you have about the organisation and its areas of activity, the easier it will be to succeed.

Therefore, through Via Yepso!, you can obtain our postgraduate diploma in one of the following high-impact fields:

A. EU Policies: “Institutional System and EU Policies.”
B. EU Law: “Principles and Legal Foundations of the EU.”
C. EU External Relations: “European Policy and External Relations: The EU as a Global Actor.”

Specialised training in the selected area will run parallel to your competition preparation.

Once you have chosen your area of interest, you will receive access to theoretical materials related to your chosen field via our training platform.

You will always have access to a Yepso! team member specialising in your chosen area, who will address any doubts that may arise.

Assessment will be conducted through three flexible modalities to accommodate your personal and professional commitments:

a) A test at the end of each unit.
b) A test at the end of each of the two blocks.
c) A test at the end of the course.

Upon completing the training programme, you will receive a certification of your specialisation, equivalent to 520 hours, in European Public Administration and your chosen specific field. The diploma will certify:

Specialist in European Public Administration and External Relations.
Specialist in European Public Administration and EU Legal Principles.
Specialist in European Public Administration and EU Institutional System.

Our validation and traceability system allows you to share your academic history with institutions or agencies where you are applying. Using a verification link, you can share details of your exams, evaluated content, and scores.

This postgraduate programme will not only prepare you for EU public service but also enhance your profile with high-level training, giving you a deep understanding of one of the aforementioned fields.
